Hordes & Heroes Berserkers questions

nous avons plusieurs questions sur l’unité de Berserkers:
1/ Does the Berserkers unit count towards the total number of units?
2/ Sorry, we don't quite understand the rule point in the army list… how exactly does the cradle circle unit act during combat?
Here are 3 Viking warriors facing 3 Norman units:
The 3 Viking Warriors units charge the 3 Normand units!
Do the Berserkers emerge, for example, from the unit of 4 stands in the center, and does this unit expand to 6 stands?
Or does the central unit remain in its hexagons and the Berserkers charge, flanked by the other two Warriors units?
